Privacy policy
City Stories privacy policy applies to personal data provided by customers to deliver services and is aimed at maintaining and protecting personal data of customers.
City Stories reserves the right to make changes and additions to the current provisions of the Privacy Policy, and these changes and additions will have an advantage over the current provisions of the Policy. By submitting personal data to City Stories, the customer fully agrees to their processing by the methods provided by the current provisions of the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The procedure for the collection, storage and destruction of personal data:
"City Stories" collects personal data only with the consent of the user and solely to provide the customer with a service that requires private information: rental service, delivery, improving the quality of services, offers for customers, participating in sales promotions and special offers. "City Stories" values its customers and makes every effort to prevent the leakage of personal data.
The storage period of the customer’s personal data is 75 years from the date of receipt. In other cases, "City Stories" stores the personal data of the customer until the termination of its activities.
Destruction, depersonalization or blocking of customer's personal data or a part of it is made to exclude the possibility of further processing of this information.
"City Stories" collects customer's personal data, which is necessary to conclude a contract / personalize services / order delivery / feedback:
- full name;
- telephone number;
- date of birth;
- particulars of an identity document;
The purposes of processing personal data of "City Stories" customers:
- provision of services to a customer;
- improving the quality of services provided;
- informing the customer about sales promotions, discounts and special offers;
- implementation of customer feedback.
City Stories" does not provide personal data of customers to third parties, with the exception of cases: obtaining the consent of the user to transfer his or her personal data to a third party; at the request of law enforcement in accordance with applicable law; other cases provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
